Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Other items that can not be returned:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable items

 

To make a return, you must

  • Present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Attend all ten lectures
  • Doing all the applications that were given as homework between one lecture and another
  • Passing an exam in which there are some questions to check whether the student’s attendance is real and not formal (during zoom lectures)

  

There are some situations where only a partial refund is granted: (where applicable)

* Books with obvious signs of use.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your refund request, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.

Then contact the credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if any)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, the sale items are not refundable.

 

Exchanges (if any)

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail at e.w.academy23@gmail.com

 

Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and it was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item has not been identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to first receive the item for you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. and he will know that you have returned the article.

 

 

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
